Residential Property Maintenance Technician

Kisimul Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Maintenance role based at Calman Colaiste, Thorney, Peterborough.

The post holder will oversee maintenance across residential care homes, schools and ancillary properties in North Cambridgeshire and South Lincolnshire, coordinating internal staff and external contractors to deliver a proactive, responsive service. The role requires organising repairs, auditing compliance, and following Safe Systems of Work.
