Residential Property Manager - Hybrid & Client Relations

Fexco Property Services is seeking a Property Manager to join our Renata brand in the UK. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties and the relationship between the company and its Clients.

Hybrid role: 1/2 days in the office, 37.5 hours per week. You will coordinate budgets, visits, and meetings with clients, ensuring compliance with property law and covenants as part of our growing property services group.
