Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections and arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance promptly.
• Process rent payments, manage arrears, and handle tenant inquiries and disputes efficiently.
• Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates on property performance and market conditions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential property management or lettings.
• Good knowledge of the Reading and wider Berkshire rental market.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting principles.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for property visits.
