Residential Property Paralegal – Central London – Pre-Christmas Start
Are you a conveyancing paralegal with experience across residential property? If so, it's likely I'm keen to speak to you. This is a brand new opportunity to join a well established central London firm with an excellent reputation.
About the Role:
You will support the firm's busy conveyancing department, handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. This role offers hands on experience and the chance to grow within a friendly and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property/conveyancing
- Good understanding of the sale and purchase process
- Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms
- Knowledge of AML requirements
- Exposure to acting for companies is advantageous
