Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Provide clear and timely advice to clients on all stages of the property transaction.
• Conduct searches, review title deeds, and manage exchange of contracts and completion dates.
• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with CQS and other relevant professional standards.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proficiency in using case management systems and digital conveyancing platforms.
• Thorough understanding of current property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
