I’m working with a well-established Warwickshire law firm looking to add an experienced Solicitor to its growing Residential Property team.

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more complex property matters .

The firm takes a quality-over-quantity approach , meaning you won’t be expected to manage an unrealistic, high-volume caseload. Instead, the emphasis is on building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of work.

For someone looking to progress, there is also the opportunity to take on additional responsibility within the team and build towards a more senior position as the department continues to grow.

What You’ll Need

You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Residential Property and the confidence to independently manage matters from instruction through to completion.

You’ll ideally have 3+ years’ experience , although applications from strong candidates outside of this level will also be considered.
