About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site valuations of residential properties across Newcastle upon Tyne .
• Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports, supported by market data and evidence.
• Provide expert advice to potential clients regarding property market conditions and pricing strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of local property trends and sales comparables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property valuation or estate agency.
