About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Residential Property Valuer to join their established agency in Leeds, West Yorkshire . This role is essential for providing accurate and reliable property valuations for a wide range of residential properties across the region. You will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections, analysing market data, and preparing detailed valuation reports for sales, lettings, and investment purposes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical inspections of residential properties to assess their condition, features, and market value.
• Research and analyse comparable sales data, market trends, and local economic factors to determine accurate property valuations.
• Prepare detailed and professional valuation reports for a variety of purposes, including sales, mortgage lending, and portfolio management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market in Leeds and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other property professionals.
• Ensure all valuation activities comply with relevant industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified surveyor with a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, NAEA Propertymark).
• Proven experience as a Residential Property Valuer, with a strong understanding of the West Yorkshire property market.
• Excellent knowledge of valuation methodologies and property appraisal techniques.
• Strong report writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
