Residential Senior Carer & Team Lead

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team of care staff, supervise shifts and ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents. The role includes supporting medication administration, updating care plans and coordinating with GPs and families to safeguard wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with prior residential care experience and a track record of effective leadership.
