Residential Senior Carer & Team Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a team in our care home on day shifts, 38.5 hours per week.

You will oversee training, supervise staff on shift, and assist with medication administration, care plan reviews, risk assessments, and liaison with GPs and families. Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have residential care experience with a passion for person-centred care.
