Residential Site Manager: Lead Safe, High-Impact Builds

Hill Group UK is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day management of residential construction projects valued at £10m+ and ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and external partners, driving quality and operational success.

Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, managing programming, overseeing quality and reporting, and mentoring junior staff.
