Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to residents according to their individual care plans.

• Maintain accurate and detailed daily logs and records of resident progress and any incidents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care or support role, particularly with adults with complex needs, is advantageous.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature, with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
• Good communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and health and safety regulations in a care setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in duties as required.
