Residential Support Worker (Female) - Autistic/LD Care

Priory Hillside is recruiting a female Support Worker to join our Hillside residential service near Burnley. The role is full time, permanent, and involves 42 hours across shifts on a 4‑week rolling rota. Due to residents' needs, only female applicants will be considered.

The role includes assisting residents aged 17+, many on the autistic spectrum or with learning disabilities, and may involve transport duties with a valid UK driving license. Training and development pathways are provided.
