You will assist with daily living activities, promote social interaction, and ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of all residents. Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and continence care, maintaining dignity and respect.
• Support residents with meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met and providing assistance as required.
• Help residents to engage in social activities and maintain connections with family and friends.
• Monitor residents' well-being, reporting any changes in their physical or emotional state to the management team.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Administer medication in accordance with company policies and training provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in residential care, is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to undertake required training, including NVQ/QCF qualifications in Health and Social Care.
• A compassionate and genuine desire to help others.
