Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support residents in developing life skills, engaging in activities, and accessing community resources.
• Monitor residents' well-being, behaviour, and progress, reporting any concerns to management.
• Assist with medication administration as per prescribed guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of care plans, daily activities, and observations.
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all residents.

Requirements

• Experience in residential care or a similar support role is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding vulnerable individuals and person-centred care principles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Relevant qualifications in health and social care are a plus.
