Resource Planning Manager - Flexible, Data-Driven Leader

Gigaclear is seeking a Resource Planning Manager to ensure customer facing teams have the right people and skills, in the right place, at the right time. You will support forecasting, capacity planning and intraday activities while driving efficiency and excellent customer experiences.

You will analyse growth, pipelines and operational drivers to forecast workforce needs, work with managers to embed planning practices, and deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
