About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne , is seeking a driven Resourcer to support their Technology recruitment division. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
• Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
• Assist consultants with candidate management throughout the interview process.
• Develop an understanding of specific technology roles and client requirements in Newcastle upon Tyne .
• Generate market intelligence and candidate leads for active and future vacancies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or sales support role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with candidate sourcing tools and techniques.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, splitting time between the office and remote work.
• A keen interest in the technology sector and recruitment industry in the UK .
