Respiratory Clinical Nurse Specialist - Integrated Care

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a nurse with respiratory knowledge to join the Integrated Respiratory Service (HIRS). The appointee will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and develop the service across acute, community and primary care settings.

You will contribute to delivery of integrated respiratory care for patients with asthma and COPD, performing clinical assessments and acting as an autonomous practitioner within the team.
