Job Description
Responsive Repairs Complaints Administrator - 12 month contract
Reporting to the Responsive Repairs Complaints Manager, you will provide a high-quality administrative service, deal with incoming complaints from our residents in relation to day‑to‑day repairs of their homes, draft responses to complaint letters, chase up on outstanding repairs and ensure that all records of correspondence are kept up to date.
