Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and training programs for all restaurant personnel.
• Ensure adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory control, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and cost control.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and POS software.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive dining atmosphere.
• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or Business Administration are a plus.
