Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and commercially viable architectural designs for a range of retail projects.

• Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and brand consultants to achieve strategic retail objectives.
• Ensure designs comply with planning regulations, building codes, and accessibility standards.
• Manage project delivery, overseeing the construction process to ensure design integrity and quality.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with demonstrable experience in retail design and fit-out projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and successful retail environments.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of retail market trends, branding strategies, and customer experience principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
