Retail Assistant Manager — Lead Team, Drive Sales

Superdrug Stores in St Neots is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work with the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team. You will recruit, coach and motivate staff to achieve targets, drive sales through promotions and stock control, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

The role requires prior retail management experience and a passion for service. A flexible, full-time pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends is expected.
