About the Role

You will play a key role in leading the store team, managing inventory, maintaining visual standards, and deputizing for the Store Manager when required. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, including staff management and operational oversight.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and accurate processing of goods.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and in line with brand guidelines.
• Support in recruiting, training, and developing the store team to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Retail Assistant Manager , Supervisor, or Team Leader.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the store's operation in Oxford .
