Retail Customer Service Leader – Betting Shops

Entain Italia is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to join our betting shop team. You will take bets, handle cash transactions, demonstrate products, and maintain high shop standards while working towards targets.

The role reports to the Shop Manager and involves open/close duties and a 20-hour weekly rota. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities to develop customer service skills and contribute to a high-performing shop team across our Ladbrokes & Coral network.
