Retail Deputy Manager: Lead, Inspire & Deliver Service

The Works Stores Ltd in Belfast is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager to support the Store Manager, lead a team on shift, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll drive commercial performance, maintain high operational standards, and step up in the Store Manager’s absence.

You will coach staff, assist with recruitment and training, manage stock and merchandising, and ensure health and safety, loss prevention, and a welcoming store environment for every customer.
