Retail Deputy Manager: Lead, Inspire & Drive Store

The Works in Luton is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager on an 18 hour contract to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help drive sales, maintain stock and merchandising standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor.

You’ll coach colleagues, manage priorities, and act as a brand ambassador to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment that inspires customers and supports long-term loyalty.
