Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Service

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager for an 18-hour per week contract at our Belfast store. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure a superior customer experience across busy shifts.

You will drive stock management, merchandising, and compliance while modelling excellent service. This role involves recruiting, training, and stepping in for the Store Manager when required.
