Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Store Experience

The Works Stores Ltd in York is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager on a 22-hour contract to support the Store Manager, lead the team and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll drive commercial performance, maintain high standards, manage stock, merchandising and compliance while stepping up in the Store Manager’s absence.

As Brand Ambassador on the shop floor, you’ll recruit, train and coach colleagues, monitor performance, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture.
