Retail Design Sales Consultant – Uncapped Commission

Wren Kitchens in Barnstaple is seeking a Retail Sales Designer to join our showroom team. You will meet and greet customers, design inspiring kitchens and bedrooms, and manage the end-to-end customer journey with a target-driven, proactive approach.

The role offers 40 hours per week with a basic salary of £26,440 plus uncapped commission, OTE £50k. Training at our academy and progression opportunities are part of the package.
