Retail Manager: Finance & Insurance Lead | Company Car

Listers Group Ltd in Worcester is seeking a Retail Manager for our Audi Dealership. You will lead the sales team, specialise in finance, insurance and value-added products, and handle customer enquiries to grow gross profit.

Hours are Mon–Sat with a day off in the week and Sundays on a rota. The package includes a company car and an OTE of £64,000.

Full FCA compliance training and ongoing development are provided.
