About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and visually oriented Retail Merchandiser to join their store in Nottingham . In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed attractively and effectively, following brand guidelines to maximize sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the store team to maintain visual standards, manage stock presentation, and contribute to the overall aesthetic of the retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
• Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced, signed, and presented to a high standard.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor promptly to ensure optimal product availability.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and seasonal changes in displays.
• Monitor stock levels on the shop floor and report any discrepancies or replenishment needs.
• Keep the store environment clean, organised, and visually appealing for customers in Nottingham .

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment, with an understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
