About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and analytical Retail Merchandiser to join their team in Liverpool . This role is responsible for planning and executing product placement strategies to maximize sales and enhance the visual appeal of retail spaces. You will work closely with the buying and marketing teams to translate product assortments into compelling displays that attract customers and drive purchasing decisions. This position offers a blend of in-store execution and strategic planning, requiring a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of retail consumer behaviour. The hybrid nature of this role allows for both hands-on work in stores and strategic planning from a remote or office setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising plans and visual display strategies.
• Analyze sales data to identify best-selling products and optimize product placement.
• Create visually appealing store layouts and product displays to attract customer attention.
• Ensure product consistency and presentation standards across all retail locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or Visual Merchandiser.
• Strong understanding of retail principles, consumer behaviour, and visual display techniques.
• Proficiency in using retail analytics tools to inform merchandising decisions.
• Excellent spatial reasoning and creative design skills.
• Ability to travel to various retail locations as needed for the hybrid role.
