About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Operations Assistant to support their store operations in Plymouth . This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the store's day-to-day activities, from managing stockroom logistics to assisting with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory, including receiving deliveries, checking stock, and organizing the stockroom.
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising plans and ensure displays are maintained to standard.
• Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining store records.
• Ensure the store adheres to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with staff training documentation and onboarding processes for new hires.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an operations , administrative, or retail support role.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and Word.
