About the Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Retail Operations Assistant to support their store in Nottingham . This part-time role will focus on assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the store, particularly in areas of stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store presentation standards. You will work closely with the store management team to ensure operational efficiency and a positive shopping environment for customers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing incoming stock accurately.
• Ensure shelves and displays are consistently stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Help maintain store cleanliness and tidiness according to company standards.
• Support the visual merchandising team by implementing display guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as directed by management.
• Provide general support to the sales floor team as needed.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but an interest in retail operations is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
