About the Role

Our client is looking for a meticulous and organized Retail Operations Coordinator to support their retail division based in Leeds . This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of daily store operations, from inventory management to staff scheduling and compliance. You will act as a key liaison between store teams and head office, facilitating communication and implementing operational procedures. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility while ensuring essential on-site presence for key operational tasks, making it ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks across multiple retail locations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, process stock transfers, and conduct cycle counts.
• Prepare operational reports, including sales performance and stocktaking summaries.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely stock availability.
• Support store staff with operational queries and facilitate effective communication channels.

Requirements

• Experience in a retail operations, administrative, or coordinator role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with store teams and management.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
