About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of their retail network. This role operates on a hybrid basis, combining remote administrative tasks with on-site support at their Nottingham locations. You will be instrumental in coordinating daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting store teams to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of retail operations. You will play a key part in optimizing store efficiency and contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers across their retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across multiple retail stores, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Support store teams with operational inquiries, problem-solving, and implementation of new procedures.
• Assist in the management of store inventory, including receiving, stock counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies across all retail locations.
• Help coordinate store maintenance, supplies, and vendor management as needed.
• Maintain operational documentation and assist in reporting on key operational metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations , store support, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with store staff and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with retail operations software or systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, performing both remote administrative tasks and some on-site support in Nottingham .
