About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Operations Coordinator to support their retail stores in and around Liverpool . You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing inventory processes, and supporting store staff. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and providing essential support to frontline retail teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all locations within the Merseyside region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of inventory, including stocktakes, receiving, and dispatch processes.
• Support store managers and teams with operational queries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all retail locations.
• Coordinate the implementation of new operational initiatives and store standards.
• Process operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably within retail .
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
