Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
• Assist with inventory management processes, including stock counts, order tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
• Facilitate communication between retail stores and headquarters, relaying important information and updates.
• Support the implementation of new operational procedures and systems, providing necessary documentation and training materials.
• Help in resolving operational issues reported by store teams, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail operations, administration, or a similar coordinating role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with retail management software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
