Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily retail operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock takes, receiving shipments, and stockroom organization.
• Monitor store cleanliness and presentation standards, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Provide guidance and support to retail associates, fostering a positive team dynamic.
• Manage cash handling procedures and till reconciliations accurately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder role within a retail environment.
