About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and efficient Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of their store in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, upholding customer service excellence, and supporting the Store Manager in daily activities. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure accurate stock control.
• Oversee the efficient handling of deliveries and merchandise processing.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures within the store.
• Support and guide the retail team in operational tasks and customer service.

Requirements
