Key Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the sales floor is attractive and organized.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, and conducting inventory checks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team in Edinburgh .
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and POS systems.
