Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information, demonstrating features and benefits to assist with purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash and card payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed and stock levels are managed.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and pricing new stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and merchandising techniques.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business needs in Aberdeen .
