Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchase decisions.
• Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking merchandise.
• Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business through exceptional service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in the Stoke-on-Trent store.
