Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and proactive manner, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Assist customers with product location, selection, and purchase, ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is an advantage, but not essential.
