Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance as needed.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, providing detailed product information.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store tidiness, ensuring merchandise is well-presented, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and stock rotation.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and a willingness to learn product knowledge.
