Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing stock.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues effectively and politely.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
