Retail Sales Lead: Elevate Store & Donor Experience

Oxfam is seeking a Sales Lead for a large format store in Oxford to deliver exceptional retail standards and customer service. You will support the Store and Duty Managers to drive growth and ensure a positive donor experience aligned with Oxfam’s values.

You will work with volunteers on the shop floor, manage time, and help maintain consistent standards and processes, including weekend work and safeguarding checks.
