Retail Shift Leader: Lead the Front, Inspire the Team

Krispy Kreme in Belfast is seeking a Retail Shift Leader to join our friendly store team. You’ll lead on shift, greet guests, serve doughnuts and drinks, and help drive sales while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

We expect you to work independently on lone shifts, with full training and a focus on customer service. You’ll also support recruitment, stock checks, and weekly wrap-ups, growing your career with us.
