Retail Stocktake Team Leader

C2 Recruitment is seeking a Retail Team Leader based in Leicester to lead a team of Retail Stock Counters across multiple sites, delivering accurate stock counts and first-class service. You'll direct shifts, use handheld scanners and ensure safety and compliance across locations.

You'll travel between sites, supervise evening and night shifts, and drive performance with coaching and development. The role is 48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with a company car and progression opportunities.
