You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining the store's presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, including restocking shelves and tidying displays.
• Assist with stock management, including receiving and checking deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, especially during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and some evenings.
